Factory direct supply white copper based nickel zinc alloy rod tin Aluminium brass bar
Tin bronze rods have a wide range of uses, mainly including the production of elastic elements and wear-resistant parts.
Tin bronze rods have high mechanical properties, wear-reducing function and corrosion resistance due to the addition of tin in them. Therefore, they are used in a variety of machinery and transport vehicles, such as the manufacture of industrial valves and fittings, instruments, slide bearings, molds, heat exchangers and pumps.
In the chemical industry, tin bronze rods are widely used in the manufacture of vacuums, distillation kettles, brewing pots and so on. In addition, due to its excellent electrical properties, tin bronze rods are also used in the production of springs, switches, slots in electronic products, keys, electrical connectors, lead frames, vibrating sheets and terminals.
In the casting industry, due to the small casting shrinkage of tin bronze rods, they are also used in the production of castings with complex shapes, clear contours, and low requirements for airtightness, such as steam boilers and seagoing ship parts. Tin bronze with phosphorus has good mechanical properties, commonly used for high-precision workhorses wear parts and elastic parts. Lead-containing tin bronze is often used for wear-resistant parts and plain bearings. Tin bronze with zinc can be used for high airtight castings.
